The park has bee jointly developed by HMDA and Truck Dock in the public-private partnership mode at an investment of Rs40 crore.

This logistic park will provide facilities such as warehouse with a capacity of 2 lack sft, parking for 500 trucks, cold storage for 10,000 metric tonnes, dormitory, restaurants, office space, fuel stations, promary health centre and automobile service centre.

By the end of this decade, the Hyderabad-Vijayawada corridor of NH65 (especially areas in the 30km range of RFC) may become like the Gachibowli ORR circuit. People buying plots in this region will get a very good return on investment in the coming future.

The State Government is developing Yadadri as a major Pilgrimage and Tourist destination on par with Tirumala temple in Tirupati. An amount of Rs 1,800 crores were allocated to boost spiritual, real estate, tourism, transport, hospitality and residential development. A 7 Kms long Ring Road will be constructed around Yadadri. This development is attracting a lot of private investments around Yadadri simultaneously.

YTDA acquired 25,817 acres for residential zones, recreational facilities, water sports, Botanical Garden, arts and cultural zones. The sprawling 11-acre temple complex has seven domes including a 100-foot dome, cottages, multi-level parking, and housing for the priests. the surrounding sacred hills will be developed with 4-lane roads for better connectivity

The Hyderabad-Warangal Corridor will be developed as an industrial cluster, IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao informed the Assembly adding that a request has been made to Government of India under the recently approved National Investment Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT).
The Government plans to develop three clusters in the corridor — Yadadri cluster, Jangaon cluster and Warangal cluster. Focus will be on IT/ITES, Medical hub, mineral based industries, dry port and transportation hub in the Yadadri cluster, Food processing units and leather based industries in Jangaon cluster, and Textile park, IT/ITES, educational hub and agro-based industries in the Warangal cluster.
